What is the Fancii Fam Rewards Program?

What happens to my Fancii Fam Rewards points if I return merchandise?

If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account.

How do I access my Rewards Account?

Your Fancii Fam Rewards account can be accessed on fancii.com simply by selecting the “Rewards” button at the top right of the Fancii home page, and logging in with your registered email address. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-285-0183 (TOLL FREE) or via email SUPPORT@FANCII.COM. You can access your points in your Rewards Dashboard.

What if I already have a Fancii account? 

If you already have an account through Fancii.com, then you automatically are enrolled (plus we gave you a bonus 5000 points for being a long-term member of our Fam!) We structured the program to be effective as of August 18, 2021. Any purchases made since that date will be automatically reflected in your Fancii Fam Rewards account!

How do I earn points?

You must be enrolled in the Fancii Fam Rewards Program at the time of your purchase in order to earn points. Points will automatically be added to your account for qualifying purchases after checkout. You can accrue points to your account with points on qualified purchases on Fancii.com, Birthday Points, Product Review(s), Friend Referrals, Special Promotions, etc. Note: Points may take up to 24 hours to appear and promotional points (eg., 1000 bonus points for first 1000 sign-ups can only be rewarded once per customer.)

How do I redeem my points?

When you are logged into your account, you can check your status, point balance, activity, as well as redeem points for rewards. When you redeem available rewards, your points will be deducted from your account. Please COPY the unique code that is generated. You will be able to PASTE this code into the DISCOUNT section at checkout. Once you redeem your points for a reward, we are unable to re-issue them. If you decide not to purchase after redeeming, please make sure to save the code somewhere safe to use on a future purchase. You only earn points on the remaining portion of the price that you pay and not on the redemption value used.

Can I combine my rewards?

Rewards cannot be combined. One discount/promotion may be applied per order.

Do points expire?

Points will expire on a one (1) year rolling basis. If you have not earned or spent any rewards points in the past 1 Year (365 days), your points will begin to expire. For example, if you earned Points on January 1, 2020, those points will expire on January 1, 2021 (the "Earning Period") unless they have been redeemed or additional points have been earned. We encourage you to stay an active Fancii Fam Rewards member and redeem your points often to ensure you experience the full benefits of the rewards program! You can access your points history in your Rewards Dashboard. You will also be notified via email when points you’ve earned are about to expire.

Does my VIP status ever expire?

The points you accrue within the January through December calendar year will determine your tier level for the following calendar year. Once your spend reaches the required spend for a tier, you will automatically qualify and be entered into that tier. If your activity within the year does not accumulate the necessary spend to stay in your current tier, your tier level will drop down as of January 1 and the cycle will begin again.

*Fancii & Co. may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Fancii website. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.
