How often should I use each of the skincare tools?
When introducing new products into your skincare routine, we always recommend starting small and building up. This allows you to test how your skin reacts to each new device, and be able to adjust as needed for your personalized best results. We recommend starting each product on a low intensity setting, and increasing/decreasing the frequency and intensity based on how your skin responds.

Can I use any essential oil with the Rivo cool mist steamer?
We recommend using only-water soluble essential oils to get the best benefit from the oils as well as for the longevity of your steamer. Fancii's Aromas have been designed to be steam distilled and used with the Rivo Facial Steamer.
How should I prepare my face for cool mist steaming?
Before you sit down for a steam, it is essential that you have cleansed your skin thoroughly. Once your skin is clean we recommend dimming the lights, cueing up a relaxing playlist to full embrace the zen, spa-like relaxation Rivo has to offer.
How long till I start seeing results?
At first use you should feel more pampered and notice an instant glow from the moisture Rivo provides. With regular use over 90 days, you'll notice the benefits revealed more and more.
