30 days to return OR exchange for a full refund.

Returns first need to be approved by Fancii support.

Product must be new, unused with the seal intact.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund for all international orders outside of US.

How to Start a Return

Submit a Return Request

To start a return, simply submit a request through our returns & exchange portal page. Enter your order number and shipping code/email address.

Return Shipping Label

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Wait for Refund

Please allow 7–14 business days for us to process your return once we’ve received your package.
